Applying for Membership

To apply for REALTOR® membership, please contact kelly@fmrealtor.com. Once the membership department has reviewed the documents, they will contact you to schedule an appointment to finish the membership process, go over education requirements* and collect payment. 

Steps to Membership

To become a REALTOR® with FM REALTORS® and to have access to Residential Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) or Commercial MLS and Supra eKey Access, please contact Kelly@fmrealtor.com for information.

___ Schedule a time to meet with our Membership Coordinator, Kelly Sommerfeld.  Email forms to Kelly@fmrealtor.

___ If joining Fargo Comex, complete required CCIM Course (Foundations, 101, 102, 103, or 104). 

___ Schedule/complete required courses for membership* FM REALTORS New Member Orientation, New Member Code of Ethics, and Fair Housing. See below for further details.

___ Sign in to check profile & add picture to this website. Click SIGN IN at top of page, click FORGOT PASSWORD, and use email on membership paperwork. 

___ Set up SupraWeb. 

___ Set up NAR website access.  You will need NRDS/M1# from the New Member Reference Guide. 

___ Learn more about investing in RPAC & Invest in You!

*FM REALTORS® New Member Orientation, Fair Housing, & New Member Code of Ethics must be completed within 180 days of membership application. If not completed, you will be required to reapply for membership and pay new member fees. MLS access will be revoked.

*FM REALTORS® ORIENTATION – The next FM REALTORS Orientation will be on Thursday, February 26th, 2026 from 9AM – 11:45AM at the FMR Office.  Click here for more information.

*NEW MEMBER CODE OF ETHICS – 

  • The next in person New Member Code of Ethics will be Thursday, March 19th, 2026 from 9Am - 12:00PM at the FMR Office, this course provides 3 credits of CE in ND and MN and is free to FMR new members within thier first 180 days of membership.  New members please email Kelly@fmrealtor.com to sign up or Click here for more information.
  • NAR offers a New Member Code of Ethics class free of charge. No continuing education is offered.  Register for the online course by clicking here.
