The Rising Star Award was created in 2026 and recognizes a newer REALTOR® (three years or less as a REALTOR®) who demonstrates strong engagement, professionalism, and emerging leadership potential. This individual stands out for their positive attitude, active participation, and meaningful impact on clients, colleagues, and the association.
The Rising Star Award highlights members who are already making a difference early in their careers and show strong promise as future leaders within the real estate profession.
